2kg Farm Fresh Chicken

Hand reared Ross chickens from East Ferry Farms just outside Midleton. These chickens are allowed to roam outdoors and are grown slowly on a cereal diet.

These slow grown chickens produce a fuller flavor and a firmer texture just like chicken is supposed to.
